What is your shipping policy?

All products are made here in Columbia, SC. We create, package, and ship from our office. It takes 3-7 business days for any order to go through production before it ships out. Once it is shipped it typically takes 3-5 business days. We do deliver to P.O. boxes and APO addresses via USPS. 


Q: Do you ship your products internationally?

A: Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Mexico, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, U.S. Outlying Islands, British Virgin Islands shipping ONLY For international orders, Priority Mail / Flat rate shipping takes up to 7-12 business days to arrive from the time your order is shipped out of our facility. 

**International orders are subject to Duties, Customs, and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost that may have been incurred with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to. Denrich Apparel is not responsible for additional fees requested by the Mail Carrier or Customs.

USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex offers direct and reliable confirmation through their carriers whether a package has been successfully delivered to the correct address listed on your order. Therefore, we are able to ensure responsibility for your package from the time it has been shipped from our facility until the time it has been confirmed as being "delivered" to your designated address. (Customers are sent a tracking number once their order has been fulfilled via the e-mail address they list on their order ( PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT). If you happen to not receive your tracking number, please notify us via e-mail immediately.)



Q: How do I go about exchanging my product?

A: We accept exchanges within 30 days of your order date. We can issue a store credit for a different design option with the equal value. We only ask that these items are not worn or washed because those cannot be accepted. To make an exchange, please send back the item with the original invoice (if you still have it). Please contact us and we will send you a prepaid return label. We will email you once we receive it and put it back in production. Your exchange will be sent out within 5-7 business days.

Q: How do I return my product?

A: We will issue STORE CREDIT(OR CXCHANGE OF ITEMS OF EQUAL VALUE) within 30 days of purchase in the amount tendered for the original transaction price. Please include a note with your order number, to be sure we can locate the correct item and issue! ORDERS SENT BACK WITHOUT A REASON STATED WILL NOT BE EXCEPTED. Your item cannot be worn or washed, please send your item back in original form to: Denrich Apparel Inc, P.O. Box 84333, Lexington SC, 29073. We will email you once we receive it and process your refund.

Q: There was an issue with my order. What should I do?

Order cancellations must be made 24 hours from purchase.

Order cancellations are subject to restocking fees.
